据称，Revolut之所以将这封邮件视为真实邮件，是因为其中包含有效的域名验证信息。由于该公司未能识别出该请求的欺诈性质，部分用户信息可能因此被访问或泄露。
可能受影响的数据包括用户的姓名、出生日期、职业、地址、电子邮件地址和电话号码，以及护照或驾驶执照复印件、身份验证期间拍摄的自拍照、账户对账单、IBAN 信息、提款记录和包括比特币交易在内的详细交易历史记录。Revolut 向用户发布的安全通知称，生物识别面部遥测数据未受此次事件影响。
